Career Jumpstart

My reason for starting this group is that I personally am looking to jumpstart my career as a Paralegal. I have already received a Paralegal diploma and am now starting school to get my Bachelors degree. I strongly believe there is no better learning process than experience. With that being said, maybe members of this group could help each other (I'm all about people helping others) with advice on how to get your foot in the door no matter what field you're interested in. How did you, or a friend, or a family member get into their career field of choice? Where did you start and how would recommend others starting?
