-> Designed and implemented software used by call centers to archive phone recordings. Features included the following: ability to run as a windows service, multi-threaded, able to communicate with many different database types, able to pull from multiple call centers into one data store, ability to pull data from a variety of recording programs, able to re-encode multimedia files into more efficient formats, high level of reliability, capable of preserving any metadata found in call recording programs, and included an easy to use web interface for searching and playing files found in the data store
