  • How much does BrightFuse cost?
    It is completely free, so join now!
  • I signed up, but never received an activation email.
    Double-check that it's not in your spam or junk mail folder. If you still don't have it, go to the resend activation message page and we'll send you another one.
  • I tried to sign up, but it says “That email is already in use”.
    You need to validate your email address. If you never received an email message with the link to validate, go to the resend email verification page and we'll send you another one.
  • I tried to log in, but it says "Invalid email or password".
    Be sure to log in using the email address you registered with. Double-check the spelling. If you are sure the email address is correct, you can retrieve your password here.
  • I forgot my password
    Go to the password retrieval page. Type in your email address, and your password will be emailed to you.
  • How do I cancel my account?
    You can deactivate your account here. This will take your profile down and you will no longer receive emails from the site.
