  • It takes people a little bit to think about what they want to say and to set aside the time to write a nice recommendation.

• Invite your friends and colleagues to join.
  • Instantly build a network with the people you already know. It makes networking with their contacts even easier.
• Get to know your colleagues.
  • Enriching those relationships could lead to advancement and other good connections. See what they’re working on, send them a message, or wish them a happy birthday.
• Get insight from other professionals.
  • Find a career path in your industry, or, what other industries are like and what sorts of jobs are within them.
• Tip: Choose quality over quantity.

• Tip: Don’t post “I need a job” to each of your groups
