Tested rj45 quads using pinging equipment. Equipment setup included Dell Optiplexs and Imacs. Tested Software on Dell laptops for OS and Application issues.

Produced Site Surveys of Dunkin Donut stores in RI and MA for upcoming credit card scanner installations. Inspected pos network to ensure it was ready for the Sharp equipment upgrades.

Field Technician supporting HP in rolling out new equipment and software for a major National Convenience Store Retailer's Rhode Island and Massachusetts locations. Installed HP Servers, HP Laser Printers, HP Power Supplies; also switches, Equinox Boxes, Fips devices. Updated software components for ATM Machine, POS, Money Order and Gas Pump networked systems. Flashing Bios, Calibrated POS Machines and Scanners. Setting up Career Based Training software programs. Used Remote Installation Procedures to migrate data from NCR Servers running Windows NT 4.0 to HP Servers running Windows 2003 Server. Documented and troubleshooted installations with HP's Project Response Team in Dallas, TX via phone.

Conducted an IBM ThinkPad and Dell Desktop Rollout and Enterprise Level PC Data Migration project for Fluor Daniel Inc's End-Users in RI.
Fluor Daniel is an international engineering company with over 12000 End-Users. Migrating from Windows 98 to XP. Installing applications with a Radius Server. Recording hardware assets into Art Client. Updating multiple software applications such as SAP suite, PC Anywhere, Norton Anti-Virus, Lotus Notes etc. Re-installing Windows XP using a Norton Ghost Image disk as needed. Setting up hardware in office spaces and configuring HP Laser/ Jet printers and network connectivity for end-users.

Field Technician for one Sullivan and Cogliano's Client's Customer; United Health Services Inc. Conducted XP Workstation and HP LaserJet printer roll-outs. Assisted end-users to use new Dell pcs. Attached Cat-5 patch cables between Cisco hubs and patch panels. Acted as the on-site Team Leader. Had 2 technicians assisting me in completing the project's objectives.
