? Recruited a high-end recruiting and management team, including recruiters, manager of staffing, HR, client account specialists, housing coordinator, marketing director, IT/webmaster and billable travel nurse CNO with the ability to reach out to corporate General Counsel as needed.
? Conducted comprehensive assessment of information technology capabilities and requirements for the envisioned restructuring. The key aspects of the system were scalability and cutting edge functionality built into the system based on my personal recommendations that represented gaps in the companies’ previous business processes capabilities.
? Defined current business process refinements and identified new e-technology solutions, including reporting and ROI mechanisms.
? Conducted key meetings with DCRI CEO, CIO, President and leadership team for efficient communication updates and strategies. Provided corporate with data needed for CFO to continue working with venture groups to fund growth, and provide updates regarding changes and alliance requirements.
? Developed a comprehensive strategy to leverage technology, marketing, industry relationships and pursue a strategic alliance with a global industry company, also known as, the affiliate program. Secured a formal alliance agreement with an internal candidate at DCRI that allowed the company to become a national MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) alliance partner for selected accounts across the nation.
? Client Acct Spec: rejuvenated over 200 past facility accounts for job orders by providing customer service and immediate qualified candidates

Recruiters: inspired, motivated, provided with planning their day tools, sent e-blast to over 4,000 nurses in database with official launch of merger with perk programs directing potential and former candidates to newly enhanced website to drive traffic, candidates and increase TOA (travelers on assignment).
? Goals and accountability set with team - (LTC & STG): 50 total TOA within 90 days with current team with recommended and restructured current onsite staff.
Results:
The new management team was put in place in just over two-weeks. IT/webmaster/e-technology platforms were developed and implemented, repositioning the company to support its projected aggressive growth. Staffing and Training was well positioned to take advantage of the proposed remarkable growth stemming from the strong focused team breakthrough in open job orders from rejuvenating past clients & the new MBE. Open job orders increased from 40 to 400 active openings. Revenues grew by 60 percent over the next two quarters from implementing the changes according to the strategy. DCRI purchased MRN within 6-months and obtained financial capital support needed to support the growth of the strategic plans. Five additional office sites were identified to support the anticipated growth - in Long Beach & Palm Desert, CA, NH, TX & AZ.
