About Me
I am a Production (Industrial Engineer), graduated from Alexandria University, Alexandria, Egypt in 2002. Worked in the industrial field since I graduated. I started as a QA Engineer in an automotive manufacturing company for one year then worked in food manufacturing as a QA Manager in Mashreq Group, Egypt (Milkana and Dreem, S.A.E) in cheese manufacturing and powder desserts and instant drinks manufacturing.
I have experience in HACCP and ISO 9001 as well as ISO 16949. I have implemented 3 ISO9001 systems and 3 HACCP systems.
In 2006 I moved to Hawaii, joined an MBA program with University of Phoenix Honolulu ground campus and worked as a Quality Manager in a Seafood company. I currently work as a Quality Manager in a frozen dough manufacturing company in Honolulu (French Gourmet).
