Looking for that job I can retire from. Mean while, I am updating my MicroStation skills via Bentley's Be Employable program.

About Me

I am a mature Drafter/Designer with a fairly diverse set of experiences in my career.
I've spent the better part of the last two decades as a switch hitter, so much that I am equally comfortable with MicroStation and AutoCAD. I'm a fair hand drafter, and have a nodding acquaintance with ArcInfo.

I've been married since 1986 to a fine man, who is my partner, my friend, my support staff and co-conspirator.

I'm looking for a job to retire from, after several years of chasing my tail on the temp-to-hire circuit.

Skills:
Understanding of Public Land Survey System, State Plane Coordinate System, U.S.G.S. and N.O.A.A.
Drafting skills with MicroStation (up to v8), AutoCAD (up to r2005), ArcMap (v8.x to v9.0), and Hand Drafting
Graphic Artist especially in water color, ink, pencil.
Graphic Arts programs: Adobe PhotoDeluxe 1.1, Corell Painter Essentials 2.0, MGI PhotoSuite 8.1, SmoothDraw NX, Paint.NET.
Microsoft Software: Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Movie Maker.
