Kate Ackerly

Kate was working at the same engineering firm as I did from the summer of 2006 to the spring of this year, 2008. We worked in close proximity and often on the same projects; most often, I was checking her work as a designer.
I found Kate's knowledge of engineering and many other subjects to be impressive. She had a fine grasp of comparative mapping coordinate systems, land survey techniques, major CADD packages (Microstation and AutoCAD for two, plus some even I hadn't used), as well as the office and people skills from her experience which has included leading the drafting designers and technicians in some positions.
Based on my experience working with Kate, I would gladly work with her again and can recommend her work to anyone dealing with mapping and/or environmental engineering issues.
