I am writing and illustrating a children's book that deals with a physically-challenged youngster and how he magically finds a way to spread his wings.

About Me

Soon after my collegiate experience—and with paint brush in hand I began oil painting. But with two college degrees in seemingly diverse fields (Drawing/Painting on one hand and Engineering-Drafting on the other). I needed a way to reconcile the unlikely duo. Fortunately I soon found a happy medium… the Macintosh. It has allowed me to entertain both my “creative juices” as well as utilize my mathematics-engineering background.

And for the past 25 years as both a self-employed Graphic Designer and Illustrator I've learned the many pitfalls to avoid during the process of creating art work for print. I work from both a graphic as well as a realistic style and can produce one, two, or 4-color graphic designs and illustrations. I have created art using various 3-D programs and am familiar with the Macintosh platform including Adobe's Creative Suite program and Microsoft PowerPoint.

A few years ago the “writing bug” bit me and during my spare time I wrote a comedic screenplay that I hope some day will find it to the silver screen. But since since then I am writing and illustrating a children’s book.
