After years of working in Property Management (something I kinda fell into out of necessity, and becoming extremely successful non-the-less), I decided to get out of it and head back to school. I found a school and went head long into becoming a surgical technologist. I was loving it, then the school lost its accretidation!! BUMMER! Now after some deep soul searching I have decided to get back to what I love the most, and that is children!! I have 3 wonderful children myself. They are beautiful! I am blessed! I have either taken care of, babysat, taught, been a provider for, plus assisted with special needs on and off since the time I was 9. My love then was babies! I had planned in high school to attend UMD (University of Minnesota-Duluth)after graduation, for Child Pshchology and eventually get my degree at the TwinCities campus of the University of Minnesota and work as a child psycotherapist. I attended Hennipen Technical College in Brooklyn Park, MN in the post secondary child development program my senior year of high school as a prep course for my studies at UMD..but life has a way of changing our path sometimes. I met my children's father, and I fell in love. I continued working at the child drop-in care center where I was happily employed until I needed to get a place for my fiance and I to live (my fore` into property management), as we also were expecting our first baby. My son, Max. I was 18. That was so many years ago. I am now finally able to reconnect with that love and passion that I had so many years ago, and I think it is even stronger now that I have had my own beautiful children and have been blessed to watch them grow into amazing young people. I am now ready to get that degree, and touch the lives of many in a positive and influential, loving way.

  Was first point of contact for residents for both phone and walk-in traffic. Met with new clients to understand their needs working with them so they were familiar with our community and all the amenities to help ease their decision in becoming Woodbury Park residents. Conducted monthly market surveys to capture competitor initiatives in order to minimize vacancy rate. Assisted in retaining process of existing residents, organized winter and summer resident appreciation events. Duties included accounts receivables where I tracked rental payments and entered the payments into the company intranet software. Responsible for light grounds keeping; planted and maintained the summer flowers in the community pool area. Maintained the curb appeal and kept the clubhouse warm, inviting and friendly. Repeatedly achieved high leasing accomplishments for new leases (Avalon at Woodbury-Housing Hubbub-National Employee Newsletter). Nominee 2006 MADACS-Leasing Professional of the year.
