1996-1997 Tombstone Award Receipient ITRC (Lumity.org) & Compumenter/Chicago (Techsoup.org)

Received Tombstone Awards for NPO work to assist the Director of the ITRC working with various Grant Funding projects including: HuTech (Human Resources Technology),Amelia Earhart Foundation, the City of Chicago Mortgage Credit Certificate Program, and the ITRC itself, and the Compumentor program. Reviewed and categorized data entry fields based on who needs to know basis. Found out needs requirement for individual projects. Created all forms related to all these various projects, screened field inquires, helped design advertising related to these various program offerings, and performed target mailings to prospective award recipients. Cold called prospects and scheduled appointments with them. Performed mass mailings to funding agencies, and individual donors and cold called them for additional resources to keep the program going. Worked within the targeted marketing campaign time frames and arranging preliminary interview with all players. Scheduled work coordination of other volunteers so that limited resources could be used more efficiently. Sat in preliminary interviews and reviewed Grant Funding applications checking everything was received accordingly. Gave Grant applicants an individual unique identification, and advised them that we would be in contact with them if we required additional information related to their Grant process. Told them the regulations that the various grant programs required, answered basic questions they had relating to same. Designed scholarship awards and database classification, including technical writing of submission application forms and processing, and other forms, certificates, etc... related to these various projects. Helped the ITRC with the architectural construction (framework) of some preliminary databases that they used to narrow NPO limited resources of the ITRC so they could select which projects various Compumentors should focus on to get maximum impact with the local NPO's. Designed the ITRC Award Certificates for all Compumentors via desktop publishing. The Information Technology Resource Center is now known as Lumitiy.org and Compumentor is now known as Techsoup.org.

1997 Rush Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medial Center Geriatric Study College of Nursing

Via staffing agency worked for Patricia Rush, MD - Director JRB in reference to Geriatric Study for Senior Care Center performing statistical analyzes and inferencing and entering in database information and ran various queries. Created pivot table analyzes exception report processes regarding clinical staff based on her criteria to verify credentials as outlined in the specifications for various prospective students and staff. Gave her the various AdHoc Reports she requested for management review.

IFM USA Warranty Manuals, Brochures, Breakdowns Pages

Changed the copy and pictures on the Three New Products Section of the News tabbed section of the IFM USA, Inc. Website.

Added the Warranty Registration Page to the Website.

Created the Dealers Area to include pricing information on various products being ordered. Suggested placement of upcoming trade shows to be added to the I.F.M. USA site.

In the Products tab section created all Brochures, Breakdowns, and Warranty Manuals to be placed online of what was available in-house at the Franklin Park, IL facility. Made recommendation to adjust query sequence of same to flow in a logical manner.

Requested additional collaterals from managerial staff for Warranty Manuals that were not listed, Breakdowns that were not listed and Brochures that do not yet have proper license requirements to sell them in the USA be removed from the site until they are officially approved.

Worked on a project regarding a sporting goods manufacturer and the additional divets on golf balls to improve a golfers game, this helps the ball travel father, thus improving one's overall score when distance and precision matter. Computer conversion of data they required and statistical analyzes of their data passing the information through multiple computer conversions. Performed mass mailing of various collateral materials.




Nationwide SAP R&D Roleout 3.1H

Worked with various international managers performing contractual review and project testing of SAP 3.1H software for UOP LLC handling 365 worldwide networks interacting with more than 900 managers offsite and some 16 managers onsite to report discrepancies in their various needs analyses. Developed Certificate of Insurance Program in MS Access complete with Rider Addendum pages to access whether or not the prospective firm had adaquate funds to perform the desired program that was up for BID review. Read Bid Proposal and helped managers to create bid proposals and various forms needed to role in American Express Blue Card into their process. System migration of old legacy system to new environment. Network administration to route various data where needed using FTP and other resources.
