About Me

I am new to this field but I am very knowledgeable I participated In the IDOT on the job training program. The program is a 6 month program which is very hands on and very fast paced. The program gave me the tools I need to succeed in this challenging field. The program had me in the classroom learning the curriculum one week and working in the field the next week and I alternated for 6 months. I have two civil engineering positions under my belt and I am ready for more challenging and exciting positions with a growing company that has my best interest at hand.

    Inspection of structural steel and steel components. Inspection of buildings, cranes, crane runways, tank inspection (visual and thickness testing), pipes, pipe bridges, floor supports, and other forms of structural design. Making drawings, sketches, and updating blueprints. Generate daily inspection reports. Issue critical deficiencies in steel design and offer repair recommendations.

Updating as-builts and filling out IDR's and other forms of source documents. I was a part of the construction of the Dan Ryan improvement/expansion project.
