About Me

Born in Virginia, lived in Hawaii where my brother was born, and now reside in California. Graduated Maria Carrillo High School in 2003. Expanding my education and graduating Wyoming Tech in 2004 with an Associates Degree in Automotive Science and Service Management. Now currently I attend a light load of classes at the junior college to advance my learning and training. Continuing my education and preparing to take my last certifications to achieve the ASE level of master technician is my current goal. I plan to never stop my education because of the joy learning new ideas everyday brings me. The automotive industry is always growing and advancing, whether it is hybrid technology, cylinder shut off, diesel technology, or computer controlled systems like CAN, it is the most exciting and fun career field to be involved with.

I currently work for Brodie's Tire and Brake, Inc. in Petaluma, Ca. I have been employed here since June of 2005. I have been trained extensively in the auto repair industry. I have been incredibly lucky to participate in events with Bridgestone/Firestone during tire introduction events to test new tires and be able to give my impressions to both representatives and engineers. I have been to Rod Hall off road racing school to participate in off road tire training in Nevada. My experience and training that i am constantly achieving thanks to my employer and my school has greatly allowed me to pass my knowledge on to my customers. I am able to be honest and straight forward everyday.

I pride myself on my honesty. I will not sell a product or service to a customer that I believe will not benefit them to the fullest extent. I have never been commission based income, which has never put in me a position to forcefully "sell" to my customers. Understanding that I am loosing a a certain amount of income does not affect me at all with knowing that i can be honest and straight forward everyday. I know the pros and cons off all services and products that I can offer my customers and can explain in detail the benefits so that it is easy for them to understand and make the most educated decision.

Customer satisfaction is the most important part of my career. Helping someone to the best of my abilities so that they achieve what they need and to have them leave with a smile every time is what makes everyday the best. A customer who has a great experience with you the first time, will always come back for a second time. Continuing to keep customers satisfied and happy is what will keep your business growing. In the automotive industry you have to understand that people are their cars. It is not that you are fixing a tire or replacing a head gasket, you are fixing part of that customer. We rely on our vehicles so heavily these days that you literally make your vehicle part of your family. Keeping people happy by fixing their car right the first time is the first step. If there is a problem, you keep them happy by immediately resolving that problem as quickly as possible. Over the years of my experience in customer interaction I proudly say I can keep everyone happy and continuing to return to my business.
