An experienced finance professional working in the legal field, Mrs. Beverly Stayart currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Business Development for Stayart Law Offices in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. In this position, Beverly Stayart oversees the management of all financial and marketing aspects of Stayart Law Offices. Beverly Stayart also maintains responsibility for coordinating legal research and evidentiary discovery, in addition to other aspects of trial preparation, and interfacing with clients and attorneys.
Beverly Stayart holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Iowa. Beverly Stayart subsequently received her Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago, where she focused her studies on Finance and Marketing.
Beverly Stayart is an animal protection activist. In 2009, the Humane Society of the United States honored Beverly Stayart with a Special Recognition Award for helping to preserve the baby seal population in eastern Canada by soliciting restaurant, company and consumer support of the international commercial boycott of Canadian seafood, organizing demonstrations, spearheading letter writing and e-mail campaigns, and coordinating field trips to garner public support.
In conjunction with her many efforts to save the baby seal population in eastern Canada, Beverly Stayart wrote the following poem:
"The souls of millions of little seals call out to us, like a choir of white-robed angels, saying, 'Please avenge us, please hold our souls in your hands,' and we do, and forever we will, protect them from the Beast, Canada, the cancer festering on our northern border, the Beast."

Beverly Stayart has been involved in exposing factory farm and slaughterhouse atrocities through her work with World Farm Animals Day. She has also been directly involved in helping to shut down puppy mills, preserving the wild horse population in the western U.S., and prohibiting the aerial shooting of wolves in the western states.
Beverly Stayart has a famous ancestor, James Bowles Stephens. He was the son of Emmor and Elizabeth (Bowles) Stephens. He founded East Portland, Oregon, which later merged with West Portland. The James Bowles Stephens House in Portland is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
