•Managed day to day activities for the Motorola Excellence incentive program for 940 two-way radio dealers across the United States and Canada to improve their performance in Motorola’s focus areas.
•Coordinated regular updates of scorecard websites to provide the sales team with a tool to drive performance in the program.
•Marketed and promoted the program, presented program results and updates at dealer conferences across the country.
•Developed a process for the distribution of free demo products as an additional reward to dealers who achieved the highest level of recognition in the program.
•Worked with the legal department to create a tracking and escalation process for dealers who violated the terms of their contract with Motorola.
•Led the planning team to: simplify program’s format, consolidate the best aspects of the US and Canadian programs, reduce reporting redundancies, and to streamline the day to day administrative requirements of the program.
