About Me

My professional work experience has been in manufacturing, rebuilding, refinishing, remanufacturing and estimation of vehicle repairs. I have personally worked on auto body/frame repairing, refinishing and have managed in this field as well. As my personal life changed it required more income and benefits. This is when I went into manufacturing with Caterpillar, a Fortune 100 Enterprise. After 9 years at Caterpillar I decided to return to college and earn my degree. Eventually I was promoted to management where I thought I was on my way to a promising career with Caterpillar (where I spent the last fifteen years), I was temporarily laid off and eventually separated from the company due to re-organization (downsizing), due to the collapse of the world's economy.
My professional creed is a reflection of my personal life, whereas, I live with the belief of morals, dedication, integrity, passion, compassion and empathy. I lead and live my life both personally and professionally with these as my characteristics. I am personable with a great sense of humor and like to keep the mood light, but I also have a very serious side that ensures work is completed. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me, because happy customers come back, but I am aware there are limitations to everything, including customer demands.
