I feel (and have been told by many people) that my strongest quality/strength is my unique ability to work and communicate with a wide variety of people at all levels as a result of my extensive career experiences working in such varied and diverse industries at many well known, high profile corporations. I am extremely good at adapting to new environments and have a incredibly strong work ethic.

I am very computer literate and proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Outlook and Internet and very adept at learning new software.

I have excellent problem solving skills, adaptability and resourcefulness with a proven track record of increasing efficiency, productivity and achieving cost savings for companies I have worked.

    Responsible for managing calendar for the Senior Director of Quality Assurance & Test Services and supporting a department of approximately 50 employees spread across 5 states. Scheduled and set up conference rooms and arranged catering for department meetings and events.

    Responsible for publishing daily off-hours support spreadsheet to IT Support, QA teams and HP Colorado Springs to ensure critical support was available to meet company objectives and deadlines. This process ensured all systems were up and running which was mandatory for achieving customer retention & satisfaction.

    Coordinated with the IT Support Center and created online tickets in service desk to ensure the efficient setup of employees and contractors Resources were often brought in at the last minute, so it was critical they were set up quickly so not to waste valuable time and expense. Consistently met or exceeded this objective.

    Managed online employee and contractor time tracking system that allowed management to oversee all projects within IT to ensure resources did not overlap and were utilized to the best capacity and cost savings to the company. This included a large off-shore test team of approximately 60 contractors located at IBM Brazil.

    Monitored vendor/contractor spreadsheets to ensure projects were within budget by verifying hours and rates were billed correctly to achieve department and company goals.

    Administered online travel website and consistently made sure all travel arrangements were issued at the lowest possible rates for maximum cost savings.

    Processed employee receivables via online expense reporting system and managed invoices via online check/invoice/P.O. system for efficient processing and tracking of accounts receivables.
