Developed Talent Acquisition processes and procedures for a $300MM publicly traded, custom trade-show exhibit designer and manufacturer. Consulted and presented the Senior Leadership Team with a 5-Step candidate flow process through Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Offer, and Hiring stages. Ensured Federal, State, and EEOC compliance guidelines. Also directly recruited experienced Salespeople, Finance, Human Resources, and Staff positions at 11 locations across the United States, in addition to the World Headquarters in Roselle, IL. Utilized several sources including Monsterboard, Careerbuilder, third party recruiting firms, as well as headhunting techniques to attract candidates from the trade-show and related industries. Projects also included: Centralization of recruiting function to the World Headquarters, formed company’s Applicant Tracking Process, and streamlined new-hire procedures, enabling faster productivity for new associates. *Also contracted from from Oct. 2000-Mar. 2001.
