First off when it comes to my cooking Iam very serious about what I put out I refuse to serve anything I would'nt eat. I also love a challenge I love to push myself and to be the best I can be, and on the other side of me I am very funny and love to make people laugh,Iam very easy to get along with and have a great deal of respect for my peers I believe that is very important in kitchen. I can't wait to get back in one to do what I was born to do.
