looking for work (contract or full-time) as a desktop support technician. I'm also in the beginning stages of starting my own marketing services business.

About Me

I'm a 7 year veteran of the IT technical support field. I recently served The Boeing Company as a Site Support Specialist, and helped them get their Minneapolis office started. I got into this work by doing help desk type work in college, and loved helping people. After a 5 year stint in student ministry, I took an opportunity to work with ING in 2000. I'm an excellent trouble-shooter, with a focus on exceeding client expectations. I will either find a solution or turn it over to someone that will. My strengths include working with PCs (laptops, tablets, and desktops), printers, servers, and BlackBerrys.
