About Me

Damon's experience encompasses 13 years in leadership and operations management positions with an emphasis on marketing, multimedia package design, business development, policy and procedure design and implementation, process improvement, corporate training and client/vendor relations. Strong profit and loss management, budgeting and forecasting, product development, quality control and strategic planning skills. He has designed business models, directed operations of multimillion dollar businesses, created systems for increased profitability, trained and mentored management teams.

Damon has most recently started operations of St. Croix Brewhouse, LLC, manufacturer of hand-crafted specialty steak sauces marketed under the Croix Valley Steak Sauce name. More information can be found by visiting http://www.croixvalleysteaksauce.com.

Damon is an award-winning artist with works found in galleries in western Wisconsin and on display in numerous public and private collections throughout North America, including the Wisconsin State Capitol and government offices in Washington, D.C. Damon produces many images on commission as well as freelance artwork for publications.

Damon is also a Twin Cities musician, playing regular shows in his acoustic band, Hare's Ear. Damon plays freelance harmonica across the area with numerous other bands.
