About Me

Lotus Notes/Domino Application Developer Analyst (R3x, R4x, R4.5x, R4.6x, R5x, R6x) with 13+ years experience in Notes/Domino development.

Most recent responsibilities included analysis, design, development, technical support and maintenance of HR suite of Lotus Notes/Domino applications. Provided onshore support for Compensation Management tool (Authoria/MS SQL Server/Crystal Reports). Backup support role for Mainframe programmer.

Strong analytical, problem solving/troubleshooting, and communication skills (both oral and written).

Spent 4 years as a mainframe COBOL programmer back in the 1990's and last year I wrote a couple of COBOL programs in support of the mainframe programmer at my last job. Was actually surprised at how much I remembered! Like my mentor once told me, "COBOL will outlive the human race."
