About Me

I have 13 years of experience as a District Manager/Regional Operations Manager My expertise is in taking an existing operation and making it profitable. I am proficient in financial and operating performance against P&L budget expectations. My previous experience required excellent customer service skills in upscale locations as well as Big Box and Thrift settings. I not only have the ability to lead and facilitate multiple activities and resources concurrently, I can do it in one location or multiple locations. My previous experience required running operations in 48 separate locations so possessing organizational skills and having the ability to set priorities was a must. I have a proven track record for developing, leading and motivating management and their teams in building strong sales and profits while at the same time promoting the personal and professional growth of my employees. I am a hands-on manager who looks at all aspects of my operation to find ways to increase sales, reduce costs and develop people to run the business more efficiently and profitably.
