My ideal job would draw on my excellent qualifications in Information Technology and Business Development Director. I have over of 24 years of progressive experience in successfully identifying organization needs and leading the development & implementation of emerging technologies. In addition, my ideal role would use my experience in managing, planning, developing and implementing state of the art solutions to facilitate corporate growth and support of business objectives, as well as improving productivity, quality, and operation performance.

Recognizing that being an effective IT & Customer care Director involves more than working with machines, I decided to focus my efforts in making things less burdensome for the team that I lead and also for users in order to strengthen my team’s relationship with our clients. When it comes to problem solving, I am quick to adopt the users’ perspective in order to define the human side of the IT equation.

My aspirations for my career are to continue working in roles that help me live to what I always say to my employees and managers (Technology has no limits But also your customers demands have no limits) so adapting customers demands with technology is the ideal success for achieving goals and keeping in mind the return on investment utilizing this technology towards implementing the vision and mission of your company.
