Organizing, efficiency, project-oriented and creative are some of the words that describe my approach towards work. Looking at projects at a high level and breaking them down into manageable steps, is part of my extensive skill set. I believe in strong communication and love to work with teams.

With over 10 years of combined experience as Projects Manager and Executive Assistant, I have executed tasks such as social media organizer, media purchasing, organizing seminars & tradeshows, product management, creating operational procedures, organizing & maintaining calendars, domestic/international travel arrangements, business development,and organizing major parts of a start up internet business with entrepreneurs. I have worked closely with Sales and Marketing departments in supporting them in combination with CEO’s, CFO’s and VP’s.

Research and analysis are necessary parts to any type of development as well as creativity and strong communication. It has been said that my time management and follow through skills are exemplary.

Working with two entrepreneurs in projects surrounding their four companies has provided me with a wider background of knowledge and skill sets over the past four years. I look forward to exploring possible opportunities, and getting the opportunity to learn more about teams that can utilize my skills and direction.

As a side note, my initial work experience as a mortgage loan processor (approx. 3 years) began a career of strictly paying attention to detail and working with deadlines.

The past four years, I have worked in a constantly changing environment. I am very interested in working with a team oriented environment where everyone plays a part in getting things accomplished and where I can do my part to support what needs to be done.

Through the years I've attended courses and seminars for continuing education such as the inner workings of Excel and Outlook, How to be a Supervisor, and have received Life Coaching through one-on-one counseling.
