Over the last three years I have been working on a project to acquire proficiency in detecting and documenting instances where persons in a position of trust have used a trusteeship or a power of attorney to engage in self-dealing in violation of their fiduciary responsibility to a vulnerable or at-risk person. I have applied my many years of anticorruption experience to prepare courtroom exhibits and to provide expert testimony in these cases.
