I Helped open this new location for the company in Late September, of 2007.I was hired basically as a freight processor, (which meant the most hours that they managers could schedule for me). I helped unload incoming trucks from a Distribution Center in GA. Once the truck was unloaded, my team helped take the merchandise to the sales floor, where It was not ready for purchase.
I helped assist the customers who came to the store to do their shopping.As the novelty of the "New Store" in town wore off, hourse were cut & the team I was working on had hours cut to about 12- 16 per week.

I was hired for a customer Service position. I did various jobs within the store, such as. Customer Service, Help with price changes, as well as helping to unload the freight trucks from the distribution Center.I worked there until hours were cut due to Corporate cutbacks, when I decided to leave to go to a different job in town.

My jobs varied. I did jobs from doing food demonstrations in a local grocery store, to setting up Merchandise displays at a large Memember's Only store like Sam's Club or BJ's.
I did sign in work for the Florida Bar Exam at the convention center here locally & filed their paperwork afterwards. I also went out on various day only jobs doing light office work as well.

I helped open that store in Little Rock W. in Sept of 1993. I started on the receiving dock & was quickly promoted so a customer service position assisting customers out on the sales floor of the store.
I applied & was was offered a position in the Houseware Dept. where I was incharge of the dept. I made sure the dept was kept clean & organized, assisited the nearby departments & covered their breaks & lunches. I also helped with the Signage for the early bird & night owl sales the store had every week up until I had to leave the store to move out of state in Jan of 04'.

I started in the call center handling incoming phone calls from customer's who wanted to order or re-order their checks. I worked in the call center for 6 months, before an opening in the security dept became available, which I applied & was chosen for the position in that dept. I looked at their P&P manual & determined it needed to be updated, he help the company cut back on losses due to "Preventable" fraud orders, which at the time was running close to 48% of all orders that came into the call center. After I re-wrote the P&P manual, "Perventable Fraud was cut back to lest than 12% within 90 days of training & follow-up with the employees in the call center.

I worked at Baylor Richardson as a Paramedic in the Emergency Room there. I did that for about 6 months, before I took a different position still with Baylor, but at a different facitlity across town as a Doctor assisitant. I did that until Janurary of 2000, when I left to move to Arkansas with my wife, who had family there in Little Rock.
