Hi Everyone, Desiree joined our group this morning, and after reading her profile, I asked for her to provide some tips on how things are going. She has a very positive outlook which I noticed right away in her profile, and I appreciate her joining our group.

Also, in case, you're wondering, why haven't I done the same with others in here. That's something I realized that I should do more often. However, with 700+ members on here, I don't always have the opportunity to read everyone's profile.

But for those of you who have not yet been asked to contribute something, we'd love to hear from you! Let us know your struggles in the job search. Or some sort of a tip that might help or encourage someone else.

The more you are active on this groups or others, it helps people to notice you and perhaps it will be the connection that will help you towards another job opportunity or networking opportunity.

Take a chance and let us know how things are going in your job pursuit.

Also, I'd love to see some ideas from our membership. One of the biggest holidays in November is the American Thanksgiving Day holiday. It's a time to be thankful for what we have in our lives. But, in thinking of that, I'd like to see everyone's contribution and participation. If you have some tips for others in our group, let us know. We're always looking for articles, links to other publications. Anything that might help a job seeker prepare to become outstanding job networkers, or something that can help a person who may be discouraged with how the job market is going right now.

We're in one of the toughest unemployment rates since the early 1980s, and we have a lot of good people out there looking for work. That's where we want to help you...our goal in Job Angels is to help another person find work.
