I am manager of an RV Park near Lake Travis in Austin, TX.
I have worked in many different areas during my life. I am knowledgeable in a myrid of jobs and responsabilities. I have successfully performed 3 jobs for the past 6 years and have always been somewhat of a workaholic. The economy has caused my jobs to come to an ending place. I can keep working them but will make little money.
I completed most all projects while a Site Manager for DW Homes, Inc on or under budget and on time.
As Estate Manager for the Metzger Estate I built or managed the building of all of the following; Infrastructure, Utilities, Irrigation, Business Office, Animal Care Facilities, RV Storage Facilities, Outdoor Entertainment Area, Exercise Facilities, Caretaker Cottage, Fences, and Roads.
As Property Manger of two shopping centers, one of which included Wal Mart, I supervised maintenance and care of all existing systems and contracted and managed installation of new HVAC systems and updates of electrical requirements. I was 1st. contact on call for emergency and security notifications.
I am available 24 - 7 for my work. I have no restrictions
as to travel or temporary duty assignments in my work.
I love the out of doors and I love the mountains of Northern New Mexico and Colorado. I am a camper and I fish, hunt, and ride a motorcycle for pleasure.
I am teachable and am willing to learn what I do not know that may be required to successfully perform my job.
I stay healthy and take care of myself. I am neat and clean and try to keep my work area clean and neat.
I have managed up to 150 personnel and am comfortable in a management situation.
I want to work for 10 to 15 years and pay off what I now owe as well as purchase a small farm or ranch in Northern New Mexico, where I want to retire.
I would enjoy a position in Facilities Management or a position as a Property Manager and would be good in either of these careers.
