Responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the store
including, but not limited to: sales, credit, customer service, turnover,
human resources,staffing, inventory, expense management operations and
store operations for a significant retail volume, combined with leading,
motivating and developing a large team of Associates.

friendly, enthusiastic customer service, in person and on the phone.

merchandised at all times, and that all policies, procedures, and
