About Me

As a motivated QUALITY PROFESSIONAL with strong record of success facilitating organizations to meet ISO, Six Sigma and Company quality objectives and requirements by using excellent analytical and administrative skills, I am extremely interested in exploring opportunities in your organization.

I have demonstrated my motivation by recently earning BSM in Business Management and continuing to study for my MBA in Global Management while continuing to work full time as a Quality Analyst Coordinator at Altria Client Services. In this role, I have supported the Purchasing Quality Compliance Assurance Manager by independently maintaining and coordinating workflow for a 20 to 30 person team, including distributing quality data, providing liaison among internal and external stakeholders and managing supplier review calendar. I have enabled resolution of material performance issues by corresponding with 20 domestic and international suppliers. In addition, I assisted the event meeting planner with coordinating flow of daily events. Using my quality knowledge, I enforced compliance with ISO certifications standards by policing SAP-based material complaint database. I demonstrated my abilities when I brought to the attention of upper management the material-on-hold and supplier problems following company merger and downsizing by listening to supplier concerns.

Prior to joining Altria, I served as an Administrative Specialist for Lewis Goetz & Inc. - GoodAll, where I supported Senior and Regional managers along with a 12-person team by providing liaison with inside and outside sales representatives, suppliers, freight companies, accounts payable department and customers. In this role, I drove an increase of on-time delivery rate to 98% from 75% by determining root causes of missed deadlines and developing revised procedures, including changing shipping procedures to eliminate terminal holdup in and developing and implementing pending order filing and tracking system to eliminate missing sales orders which increased customer satisfaction, delivery and service scores. I also met ISO 9000 requirements by composing a comprehensive procedural manual.

I have been recognized for my excellent work ethic, along with excellent written communication and oral presentation skills to coordinate operations and ensure accurate analysis and reporting. In addition, I am noted for my ability to troubleshoot and find solutions to problems.
