-Maintain an accurate inventory of all bar products, supplies and equipment including its inspection, reception, reorder, and storage. Ensure that all departmental items were kept in secured and sanitary conditions. Assist in training new departmental personnel. Setup and breakdown assigned well and table sections. Coordinate with security and management in dealing with bar customer conflicts. Provide guest with information on requested beverages and illustrate food and beverage pairings based upon the requested beverage. Serve food and beverages to guests. Coordinate with other bartenders and Bar Manager in creating a signature drink menu. Reconcile end of day transactions for the bar.
