I mastered my skills as a 411 operator, where I utilized the computer database in responding to 1,000 to 1,500 requests a day while continuously being courteous in a fast paced, high pressured environment.
I am a highly motived and dedicated professional, blessed to use a sense of humor properly. I do enjoy leaving a lasting impression with people I meet and work with to ensure their return.
