About Me

My vision is to help people become successful in finding the job of their dreams.

With the state of the economy, and the competition out there for various jobs, plus a lack of resources, I’d like to help others prepare for a successful job search, to make a better life for themselves and their families.

I'm a former recruiter and a human resources professional with a bachelor's degree in HR and five years experience in this field. I've reviewed countless resumes, and can review them from the eyes of a practiced recruiter.

That's where I want to help people: to assist by critiquing resumes and helping them find the right job based on their skills, talents, abilities and the current job market. The need is there for this type of service. I know I can help people who are determined to take an active role in achieving their own goals.

In addition to my experience in human resources, my work experience includes: recruiting and hiring for manufacturing, office, professional, and the health care industries. I also have worked as an administrative assistant, as well as document control, marketing, and security positions. I am professional, willing to go the extra mile, dependable, and will work hard to meet the long term goals of an organization. My strength is in problem solving with a focus on quality. I have a demonstrated track record in reducing turnover and improving safety at two different organizations.

I love to put a smile on a person's face and enjoy working with people who are determined to help themselves succeed. A few years ago, I was blessed by a wonderful group of women who wanted to help me obtain my dream of a bachelor's degree. Now, I want to pay it forward by helping others.

If I can help you in any way, either in advice on your job search or in resume critiquing; or, if you can help me achieve my dream of a long term job in this field, let me know.
