I help put together resumes & cover letters, give advice about best online search practices, send resumes to recruiters, make sure resumes show up at the top of search results, set up job alerts, and provide salary reports in great detail. Basically, I help make sure the online job search experience is optimized and that it results in more relevant leads for the job seeker.
