I grew up in Apple Valley, Minnesota and attended the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities Campus. I majored in Communication Studies with an emphasis on Broadcast Journalism, and I was a member of Alpha Phi Sorority.

After college I moved accross the world to Florence, Italy where I became an internationally certified English teacher. Upon my return, I packed my bags and fulfilled a life long dream of living in Chicago. I began working at Careerbuilder.com which is where I am still to this day. Last year I moved to Phoenix, Arizona to start up the Careerbuilder.com West Coast office. I am currently the Sales Manager for the California inside sales team. I work with reps to help generate new business in California, B2B media campaigns, and overall consulting services. I have the opportunity to travel throughout the West Coast to meet with our clients to ensure they have a successful recruitment and branding process. My job is so amazing, rewarding, and best of all....its sunny everyday!
