I am a hard worker, a little slow, and somewhat timid, to catch on to new experiences, but once I understand it I'm locked, and aggressive to complete what's before me. I am not into backbiting, and/or stepping on others or vise/verse, or kissing up to accomplish my future, I'd rather progress just by hard work and faithfulness. I prefer environments where getting along well, and team play is strongly encouraged, and consistency is the norm. Consistency in the work applications -(yes I do understand that there are sidelining attributes that often can come into play) but I believe that general consistency usually makes for better performance, but still, I am open to new insight. I also prefer consistency in the pay periods, + or - adjustments when necessary and/or appropriate, with proper communications in reasonably well timed advance. It's also a plus to know that everybody is respected enough to have a voice, that can actually be heard, and considered for the benefit of the whole of the company.
