I have been with Quality Gold for ten years now, and have moved up from order entry customer service, to the representavtive for one our largest customers, to a lead in customer service handeling just problem customers. At that point I switched departments and have been a purchasing assistant for the last eight years. We have grown from having 250 vendors, both domestic and foreign, to having over 400 vendors with a mulitude of problems and varying amounts of prouduct. Quality Gold has the largest jewelry catalog in the business with the company mission statement to be "the complete jewelry source." While working with Quality, I went back to Miami University to finish my bachlor's degreee and finally graduated last December.
