My job duties consisted of answering multiple phone lines, data entry, first point of contact for contractors, assisting the recruiters with paperwork, taking messages, inventory, transferring phone calls, mailing checks and direct deposits, assisting in payroll, assisted HR, copied and faxed payroll, corresponded with contractors for their needs to be met expediently, worked with Excel, Word, PCRecruiter and Microsoft Outlook.
