Lack of knowledge and resources are the reason why many individuals are unable to focus on producing their full potential, vision, mission and reaching their destiny. If there is one word to describe LaSonia Michéle it would be relentless. LaSonia Strategically creates innovative workshops to empower communities and individuals socially, spiritually, politically and economically. Her relentless; persistent, unyielding, uncompromising but gentle stratagem encourages, build-up, and promotes purpose, confidence, and energy.

As a Paralegal, LaSonia has a passion for and believes in effective public policy. She becomes the thermostat and adjust the atmosphere; lobbying for change with a vision, mission, goals and principals to conquer. Understanding public policy issues and legislative process, she thoroughly examines the specifics of laws to decide if there should be a proposed change rather than oppose or support a bill. LaSonia Michéle takes qualitative & quantitative analysis and collaborates with community leaders, schools, organizations and politicians.

Each and every individual has an inner urge (divine calling) to step into their destiny. LaSonia Michéle Inc. serves to encourage and heighten communities, groups and individuals’ capacity to take action on their desires, leading to a positive outcome;
helping communities, institutions and individuals unbury and revive their focus, vision, mission, direction, and purpose.
