basically i'm a super busy person. always running around doing deals and trying to make new opportunity's become available for myself. who is actively seeking a new posistion with a real estate proffesional back home in michigan, someone who can help me learn all the in and out's i have yet to know or learn about. possibly an investor who flips homes.i would love the chance to be a project manager and work with investors on a few projects....this just in ...i finally got the chance to tell my boss to stuff his job and an now back home in good old michigan

  my basic everday duties include, general maintance of the park, along with 2 other properties, advertisments, showing, and leasing unit's, collecting funds, bank deposits, general paperwork/compuiter duties, and supervising a crew of 6 to make sure progress is being made on the owners long growing list of projects
