I am a 20 year plus employee of the business management/accounting realm. I have excellent problem solving abilities and co-workers look to me for guidance and leadership because of this. Most places I have worked have promoted me because of my dedication to the job mission. I am not a blabber mouth, do not seek the limelight and get along perfectly well with everyone from the president of the company to the front line workers. I need no additional motivation to complete my job other than it is the reason that I get paid. I begin work from the moment I walk in the door and do not slow down until I leave for the day. I am always proud of my job performance. I am an asset to any company I work for.
