After getting my BA in Environmental Studies, I was offered a position with Pacific Gas & Electric Company in San Jose CA. I worked there for 17 years in multiple positions: conservation rep, budget coordintor, marketing account manager and, after earning my MA in HR Organizational Development, a learning consultant. I left PG&E in 2000 and have been working as an office administrator; three of my positions were with start-ups.
I am very interested in social and environmental issues. I would like to find a position with a helping organization with a social conscience. My talents and skills have value in a variety of industries. Some of my top skills are: good communicator, verbal and written; problem-solver; organized; great interpersonal skills; editor/proofreader; planner; detailed-oriented; functions independently as well as part of a team.
