Nicolas Anitsakis began his career in real estate appraisal and land consulting with the Houston appraisal firm Fox & Bubela, Inc. While at Fox & Bubela, Nicolas Anitsakis served in the position of Staff Appraiser, successfully handling commercial real estate appraisals for a wide variety of clients in the public and private sector. Some of the clients Nicolas Anitsakis served in his time with Fox & Bubela included El Paso Corporation, Amoco Petroleum, and British Petroleum. Nicolas Anitsakis also worked closely with the Texas Department of Transportation and a number of local cities and counties.

Nicolas Anitsakis is committed to his growth as a professional and has taken a number of continuing education courses in right of way management, easements, and real estate appraisal. Mr. Anitsakis is also involved in several of the industry’s leading professional organizations, including the International Right of Way Association and the Appraisal Institute.

Nicolas Anitsakis earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University. While at the school, Mr. Anitsakis was highly active in a number of campus activities, including Student Senate, the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band, and the Corps of Cadets. Nicolas Anitsakis also served the school as an Official University Representative, offering tours to VIP guests and prospective students.
