Currently working with Faurecia Interior System, 8th largest automotive suppliers in the world, as a Logistics Engineer Intern and responsible for BMW Z4, BMW X5 & BMW X6 interiors , Tier 1 supplier for BMW Manufacturing plant, Spartanburg SC.I enjoy working in the Supply Chain /Logistics field and I am passionate about Automotives.My school experience gave me a great amount of experience that I am applying my knowledge at work.

    Work with BMW Z4, BMW X5, BMW X6 & BMW M Sport special Individual incoming parts (includes arm rest, inserts etc.) from Suppliers in USA,Mexico,Europe and China,other parts of the world
    * Analyze, standardize & improve material supply from warehouse to assembly line.
    * Improve the inventory accuracy and implement a reporting system.
    *Analyze actual transport situation and implement necessary changes together with material planner.
    *Responsible for creating the manifest & releases (according to the BMW demand) for the parts coming from Mexico considering the real time challenges such as custom issues .Well-defined planning and execution to maintain the inventory level in a good standard.
    *Tools used QAD Manufacturing Supply Chain ERP System to track the inventory,Master Data,MRP.
