About Me

I am a Sales Professional with 12 years of sales experience. Currently making a career transition from Sales to Career Services. My goal is to help people find career fulfilment by creating great resumes and providing career coaching.

My formal education occured at Marygrove College where I earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree. Every position I have held has involved reaching a Sales goal. I have worked in Banking, Insurance, Investments, Retail Jewelry Sales, Marketing, and Pharmaceutical Sales.

The most significant accomplishment of my professional career came while being employed by TCF Bank. I was hired to be an Assistant Sales Manager and was promoted to the position of Branch Manager after only 6 months. The experience of being a Branch Manager provided me constant challenge. It taught me how to manage stress, how to work with a variety of personalities, and it taught me how to reach goals on a daily basis. After I established myself as a top performer I focused my attention on helping my customers and employees. I worked with my customers to take care of their current needs and I used my expertise to anticipate their future needs. When it came to my employees I had the opportunity to mentor them daily in practices that would help their careers. I was careful to inform them of things they did well and inform them of areas in which they could improve. For my efforts I achieved President Club status twice and VIP Club status four times during my 5.5 year career.

I am now excited about Resume Solutions, LLC a company I founded in October 2007. It was born of my creativity, my entrepreneurial spirit, and the holy spirit.
