I have over 30 years of progressive experience and formal education in the Health Care, Loss Prevention/Security, Loss Control/Occupational Safety and Health, Risk Management, and church/management related professions. As well as an hands on understanding of participating as a viable participant in public speaking, seminars, conferences, and workshops. My expertise includes writing, organizing, and developing company policies, procedures, and instructions for a diversity of departments.

Developing a trust with people through meetings and other means of communication, requirements for a project, creating flowcharts, writing project documents.

I am now at a place where I can be more of an asset to a company who needs someone who communicates effectively with the different branches of the business profession, field, or similar position.
