Reece Dylan is the Managing Director of Xclusive Media, a UK-based media firm that specializes in graphic design, web design, marketing, public relations, and branding. Xclusive Media was founded in 2002, and Reece Dylan’s diligent work ethic and management skills have helped the company grow exponentially ever since. Dylan has helped the company gather an impressive arsenal of big-time clients that include international entertainment behemoths like Disney, as well as corporate gas magnates like British Gas. Reece Dylan and Xclusive Media have even worked for government agencies and provided outsourcing resources for other prestigious clients. As a successful company, Xclusive Media relies on their unique creative processes, which Reece Dylan and other company employees refer to as “Morphology.” This specialized creative procedure revolves around four defined stages. The first stage is the egg, in which basic concepts and projects arise as the client’s vision merges with the inspiration and strategy of Xclusive Media employees. The caterpillar stage follows, and includes research into the client’s products and industry, allowing Mr. Dylan and Xclusive Media to procure a better understanding of the client’s market needs. The next stage is the pupa, where the finalized creative strategies are honed to a precise level that leads into the final metamorphosis stage, where the project is completed and Xclusive Media begins promoting it through marketing, advertising, and strategic public relations. Dylan uses forecasting and assessment skills to manage the company work, allowing the company to thrive and evolve. Reece Dylan studied Law at Manchester College, participating in the Young People’s Council and the LGB Society. Dylan transferred from the college in 2002 with an impressive A average, and entered Manchester University that same year. Dylan earned his B.Sc. in Computer Science from Manchester University in 2005. Ever since, he has remained extremely active, even while he earned his Computer Science degree and participating in both swimming and kickboxing clubs.
