I have seventeen years of experience in commercial & residential architecture, five years in graphic art, and twelve years in construction. I've done shop drawings, site and survey, civil, MEP-FP, structural and landscape drafting and/or design. My specialty is CAD (Computer Aided Design) management & production efficiency. I am experienced as a project coordinator, Jr. project manager, CAD manager and in Construction Administration and field inspections and reports.
Having built homes I understand the procedures & problems encountered regarding material, workmanship & design.
As an artist, I am skilled in graphic presentation; understanding line weight, color, texture, contrast, shadow and form. Also having worked with many talented designers, I appreciate functional, as well as, pleasing design.
I strive to grab my client's attention and then proceed to make his/her dreams come true, under budget and on time. I work to create a drawing set that a contractor will appreciate; one that gives him/her all the necessary information in a sequential manner (plans, sections, details and schedules) all fully coordinated.
